ULTIMATE POWERGLIDE
This is our entry level powerglide. Designed and built for
cars up to 900 horsepower. This highly modified unit is designed
and built with the same quality and attention to detail as our higher priced units. These units utilize some OEM components such as the
case and 1.76 planetary and output carrier. All of these transmissions
are hand made one at a time to exacting tolerances.
This transmission features:
~ Instant release protree transbrake valve body.
~ High tuff input shaft with turbo spline.
~ Machined direct and reverse piston to hold 6 clutches each.
~ Heavy duty wide steel hub.
~ High performance low gear band.
~ Special pump modifications for superior lubrication.
~ Torrington roller bearings.
~ Deep aluminum pan with filter extension
~ 1.76 OEM heavy duty planetary.
~ Trimmed case for clearance.
